Light and Gluten Free, These Quick Breads Should Satisfy!
Hey people, how are you? Did you enjoy the Triple Crown horse racing event last weekend ..?
I sure did. My dad took me to Kentucky once to see the Churchill Downs racetrack, and my heart about stopped!
Of course, I am an animal lover.
Anyway, today for a bit of fun I’d like to share some quick bread recipes that are sumptuous & gluten-free !
ALERT: For the “coconut-related” Quick Bread recipes, go to #13 and #15.
#13 has dark chocolate chips & uses coconut flour, & #15 contains carrot and coconut (#15 uses GF flour & coconut flakes).
Btw, if you go to #13 and click through, you’ll be taken to a cool blog that also has a “coconut waffles” recipe with coconut whipped cream on top!
Are you smiling? I bet ..
Here we go …
